• Ensure all sales are billed correctly.
• Ensure Aging & Records Books are updated.
• Ensure Debtors' Monthly Statements of Account and Aging List are correct and on time.
• Review closing stock costing and project costing from time to time.
• Review Sales Report and highlight areas of concerns to Management.
• Review Group's Account and prepares financial analysis and makes recommendations to align performance with financial goals.
• Prepare financial cash flow forecast and financial reports.
